Hi,
I just created my shopify store and was in the middle of setting it up until all of a sudden my site wasn’t reachable anymore Please see Screenshot attached.
Unfortunately I’m not able to reach anyone at the live chat since it always takes me straight back to store selection.
Please how can i proceed from here what is happening?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated to get back up running so i can continue setting up the store…

I did try to go this way to get in contact with support, but unfortunately its not possible for me once i click on get support I need to confirm my store again and im back at the same page its just a loophole for me ?

Did you type something in the search bar like my screenshot? I’ve tried again and I was able to send a message to Shopify after clicking Chat with us.
After downloading a new browser I have been able too now but with chrome and firefox was not possible for me I downloaded palemoon now and that seemed to do the trick.
