I am logged into my store but running into an error when trying to download apps today. “It looks like you don’t have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access.” There is no way to contact shopify support so hoping somebody here can help. Thanks!

There was an incident yesterday with select merchants running into errors when attempting to install apps yesterday. There may be a residual issue going on with your browser in which case I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cookies + cache files and re-logging into the store. From there, see if the issue persists.
