A good first troubleshooting step to try for issues like this, is to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can interfere with the functionality of a website, so it may help resolve the issue. You could also try using a different browser, another device if you have one, and also a different internet connection.
If the above doesn’t help then it might be an error coming from the account itself. While I would love to take a closer look at your account and advise on why this error message might be occurring, here on the Shopify Community we can’t access any of your account information. In this case, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly so that we can investigate why this might be happening. You can use this link to contact our team via the help center.
