There’s no point to CSV file for something like this, if a screenshot is a MUST either use a image hosting service or your own store files admin to make a link to an image; smh.
Are you talking about the “shop now” text INSIDE the images themselves that are NOT real buttons only images???

in some themes see the multi-column section and it’s settings to try and emulate the needed behavior.
Otherwise that is an advanced theme customization to make a custom section design “per requirement”.
