I work for a motorcycle company that uses dropshipping as part of our operations. Some of our suppliers utilize software called Sprint3 to manage orders. This system is responsible for forwarding orders to the respective suppliers. However, for products handled through Sprint3, the orders are not showing options to fulfill or add tracking numbers. As a result, these orders remain perpetually “in progress,” leaving us unable to close them or provide tracking information to our customers for follow-up. I’ve contacted Sprint3 support, but they have been unable to resolve the issue.
