We recently moved our platform to Shopify and plan to go live in about a month or so. In the mean time we have been testing Shopify and fulfilling orders through the platform. We were verifed in November and have been purchasing labelsm for about a month. This week we have been unable to buy labels due to our account being verified. The error message stated this would take 24 hours but we are on day five now and I am unable to get any help with the chat service. They inform this is being passed over to another team and they are working on the issue.
