I created an online store for my school project and forgot to close the store and now i have been betting invoices for the payments when I try to close the store they tell me to pay the due bills. how can i close the store without paying the due amount as I am not using the store

Since your store is already inactive and you do not like to pay the unpaid balance, you will have no option to deactivate your account. So, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team as they can help you deactivate your account even with unpaid balance. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
