I am trying to get my merchant ID and any kind of confirmation of a Shopify account for a UK VAT registration, but I am unable to contact support. The Help Center assistant is loading indefinitely, when I click “Contact Support” I get this message:
But my information is up to date. My name, my phone number and my email (which is verified) are all up to date.
