Unable to edit shipping method text on checkout page

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to change the text of my shipping methods but unable to figure out how can I do that, can anyone help?

Its not editable in shopify basic plan

Alright, but we don’t offer free shipping internationally, so can’t we change that over here

That can be fixed in shipping in settings

Thanks for the response but you can edit it in shipping & delivery from settings, just found out.

To edit the shipping methods in Shopify, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. From the Shopify admin dashboard, go to “Settings” and select “Shipping and delivery”.
  3. On the Shipping and delivery settings page, you’ll see a list of shipping zones. Click on the zone you want to edit the shipping method for.
  4. In the shipping zone settings, scroll down to the “Shipping methods” section.
  5. Here, you’ll find a list of the available shipping methods for that zone. Locate the shipping method you want to edit and click on its name or the “Edit” button beside it.
  6. In the shipping method settings, you can make various changes depending on your requirements. Some common modifications include:
  • Changing the shipping method name: Look for the “Name” or “Title” field and edit it to your desired name.
  • Adjusting the shipping rate: You can modify the shipping rate based on price, weight, or other criteria. Locate the relevant settings, such as “Conditions” or “Rates,” and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Adding or removing shipping options: Depending on the carrier and services you offer, you may have different shipping options available. You can enable or disable specific options based on your needs.
  1. After making the desired changes, click on the “Save” or “Save shipping method” button to apply the modifications.
  2. Test the changes by going through the checkout process on your store to ensure that the updated shipping method reflects correctly.

Remember to review all the settings and changes carefully before saving them. It’s also a good practice to thoroughly test the checkout process after making any modifications to ensure that the shipping methods are functioning as intended.
