Unable to Enable Local Pickup Option for Store Pickup Only Website

Hi there,

I’m setting up a store pickup only website on Shopify but encountering an issue with the local pickup settings.

Issue:
The “Enable local pickup” checkbox is not appearing in the location settings, preventing me from completing the store pickup configuration.

Current Setup:

  • Shipping Profile:
    • Store A is registered as a fulfillment location
    • Delivery zones are configured
    • Local pickup rate is set to 0
  • Checkout system shows as “Live” (latest version)

Steps I’ve Taken:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Shipping and Delivery
  3. Click Local Pickup
  4. Select Store A from Locations

Expected Result:
Should see the “This location offers local pickup” checkbox for Store A.

Actual Result:
The checkbox is not appearing, making it impossible to enable local pickup.

Since this is meant to be a store pickup only website, this setting is crucial for our operations. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

There must have been an update because I am having this issue too & thought I was crazy!!! Clients shouldn’t need to pay for apps to do this. Shopify support is no help either :disappointed_face:
