Core issue: We are unable to export orders from a Shopify Plus store that we have been given partner access to.
We don’t believe it is a permissions issue as the store in question has granted full permissions to our account. However, where we would typically see the standard export button, we instead see a drop-down that does not include the option to export orders at all (see screenshot below).
Per screenshot, Matrixify also is not enabled. How do we get the access to do a Shopify standard order export?
