I’ve got a royal mail business account and was previously connected to the click & drop shopify app without any issues. We shut down our website for a few months and have now switched it back on but the integration link was disconnected so I tried to re-add the integration again but as I go to install the app I get the following message “Sorry, an unexpected problem occurred. Please quote reference ‘eca4’ if contacting us for help”. Has anybody else had this issue and knows how to solve it?
