please help I can’t see customer orders anymore I have restarted my phone and app and even redownloaded it all setting for access are still the same

Same here. Since few days, I have 2 staffs who can not access the orders from shopify app (iphone and android), but they can from a browser.
It was working well for years and we didn’t change anything…
