I was unable to login to my Shopify partners account I recently changed me laptop so I was told to enter my Gmail and password and I was to to input authentication code but the code did not enter my phone for days now
Please help me immediately I have project am working on please

i have the same issue now after three years! and now shopify cant resolve the problem, its been two days now and three customer service individuals. The login will not allow me into my store via the typical use of my browser password is not working! Shopify Claims to have to escalate the issue in order to try to resolve this. the reset doesn’t work no email is being sent to reset the password, the same email used in my set up. nothing has changed it just stopped working. Total Mess and shopify is terrible to resolve such simple issues. What is wrong with this Site?
