Dear all
We just recently joined Shopify and made our website. When we try to make the payment of 18000, by card or it shows a cap of amount 15000 and 5000 respectively because of this Shopify can not take more than the mandate amount from our card.
When we raised the ticket they did not understand the issue:
1st they said it was from the card, but when we provided the mail from the card that it was not their issue and it was an issue from Shopify, they said it was a Razorpay issue, and when we explained that Razorpay is just a middleman. now the ticket has been pending for 10 days and one day they just closed the ticket without solving it.
please help as we are not able to run our website and it’s just because of Shopify customer care ineffeincey.
please if anyone can help and let us know how we can make them pay…
