Good Morning. I am unable to purchase shipping labels. When I choose “Buy Shipping Label” button, the “buying shipping label” pop-up comes up for a few seconds, then it gives me the error “There was a problem buying shipping labels” … as well as “Something went wrong, please try again.”

Thanks for the context @thecollins6 . I’ve reached out to our internal team about this and there is a known issue at the moment. It is only affecting a small amount of merchants so there is no update to follow on the status page right now. However, please know that our developers are looking into it…

I am getting the same problem when trying to bulk purchase my labels. Same issue, was told by help chat “Also, I just became aware that purchases of labels without Insurance appear to be going through.” Don’t know how to do this… up to $100 in insurance seems to be automatically applied Also told by chat, they are aware of the issue and working on it

Holly - what is the STATUS of the fix? We cannot run an on-line business without shipping labels. How long has this been an issue?
