Since Feb 14, 2025 we have not been able to purchase shopify shipping labels. Updates from shopify team on when to expect resolution have been non existent. Have been pinging them on this issue every 4 hours or so with no resolve. Shipping from US address to US addresses and getting ‘international’ error. Seems to be a disconnect between Shopify support advisors and the shipping team working this issue as the advisors aren’t able to give a clear update what the shipping team is working on / expected resolution time / any update at all other than ticket has been escalated. I have no update to provide customers that have not yet received tracking information for their orders. This is bad business all the way around.
