As of a few days ago we now get a ‘confirmationnumber’ when an order is placed for most orders. (For example: ZUJ1CGRR0). This assignment seems random, as other orders with the same payment method are not getting this confirmationnumber so it’s not because of a certain payment gateway that it get’s a number assigned.
The issue now is that I’m unable to refund orders that have been assigned a confirmationnumber. If I want to refund, I get the error ‘there is no order on this address’. Orders that do not have a confirmationnumber I can still refund as I have done the past year (so no issues).
Any idea’s how to fix this issue?
