Unable to report - "Issue with an order" page

A few months ago, I was scammed by a Shopify store. I made a purchase for about 220 Euros, but the product was never delivered. I tried to report the issue using the “Issue with an order” page, but it doesn’t allow me to report the store.

The problem is that when I placed the order, the form asked me to choose between entering a phone number or an email address, and I chose the phone number. Now, when I try to report the issue through the “Issue with an order” page, it says the confirmation link I received when I placed the order doesn’t match the email address associated with the order, so I can’t proceed.

I know I’ve probably lost my money, but I still want to report this issue so that others don’t lose their money like I did. Is there a way to get around this issue?

There are a lot of other options to report a store. Kindly check this Report a merchant - Shopify link and choose other option.
