I am not being able to set up a Facebook and Instagram shop. i have a Meta Business Suite account and Instagram professional account as well. Yet not being able to connect. Please help!
This is the message I get:
This Facebook account is not eligible for setup
We don’t offer shop or catalog setup in your region.

It looks like the issue is related to the region you are in. Where are you located?
To install Facebook and Instagram by Meta you need to have a Facebook account and an online store. Can you tell me more about the status of your online store at the moment? Is it currently live or password protected?
