unable to unfulfill and wrongly fulfilled order

I have to unfulfilled an order but it is not getting unfulfilled.

If you’re seeing Return in progress at the top of the order page, there are still likely actions to be taken to complete the process. In this case, I believe the return was created and fulfillment was cancelled, but the order hasn’t been refunded or restocked yet.

You can follow our guide to creating returns and refunds to refund the order and restock the product. Let me know if that settles things with this order.

Based on the information you’ve shared, the fulfillment is already cancelled. The steps remaining are as follows:

  1. Refund
  2. Restock

Refunding the order needs to happen first. After the order is refunded, then you should see the restock option. The guides linked in the two steps above will walk you through the process.
