When I last uploaded my passport and bank statement (as proof of address), it didn’t accept one of them I don’t know why? Any information would help. Also it has been a while since I last tried to do it and I forgot where to upload those documents, some guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are you still able to see an upload documents section within the admin? If you’re not able to see that, could you please reach out to us via our support link at help.shopify.com? Our team will be able to look into this for you to ensure the documents were uploaded. If they still need to be resent they can provide information on how to do so.
