Unable to use Shopify Support when trying to resolve login issue after changing phone

I have recently changed phones and didn’t correctly set up Authenticator on my new phone before resetting the old one. Now I can’t login as it is trying to use Authenticator and I can’t find my passkey.

When I try to use Customer Support, I can’t as I have to connect to a store even though I am told to connect to Customer Supprt to resolve it. It is just an endless loop. I have had to create a new Shopify account simply to post this. Please help!

You can try to go to their Account Support website and click >chat with us. You do not need to log in to your Shopify account in order to connect with a support.
