The Shopify billing team has failed badly to resolve my concern.
It’s been 11 or 12 Days almost since Shopify failed to validate my bank and to proceed with my payouts
Every time I tried to enter bank details it either didn’t accept or rejected it instantly and if somehow it got entered, then the payouts failed.
The funny thing is I used the same bank details in the past with the same store to receive multiple payouts then how is that possible that it can’t be validated now?
The support team kept saying that the billing team would update while the billing team barely gave one update per day and dragged the issue constantly

I have thousands of dollars stuck in Shopify. My business flow has stopped and I am at a loss still, they will charge me for the monthly amount as well I guess, even though the system didn’t work as expected
Please note that I reported the issue on 6 September to the team and Today is the 17 of September and the issue is still unresolved
