Per title, our store has the TikTok sales channel installed. However, on my end, whenever I try to view ‘Shop Management’, it gives me an error (please see screenshot). I’m assuming this has something to do with cookies. I use Arc, a Chrome-based browser, as my main browser, but the page loads just fine on Safari. At one point, one of the profiles on Arc loaded the page fine, but didn’t in my Work profile, which was the profiled I need it to load.
I’d really appreciate if anyone could help me resolve this issue. This has been going on for a week and it’s driving me crazy.
