Unable to Zoom Out – Need Help Controlling Zoom

I’m having trouble controlling the zoom on my site. I can zoom in, but it seems impossible to zoom out. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. :blush:

Hi @herve_stg . Zoom-in zoom-out works fine for me (Windows, Chrome). What browser/OS are you using? Did you try in guest mode (to exclude the plugins).

Hey,
if you’re talking about the zoomed-in product image there’s a cross sign at the top right corner from there you can zoom out the image!

other than that everything seems to work fine!

Hey! That sounds annoying. It might be caused by something in your theme settings or code that’s limiting zoom. A common culprit is the viewport tag in the site’s code—it can block zooming out if it’s set a certain way.
