Since February 21, my funds have been frozen with no clear resolution in sight. Additionally, I have encountered severe difficulties in canceling the “Upsell Kit” function—even after closing my store—resulting in unauthorized charges. What is most disturbing is the dismissive, unprofessional, and blatantly indifferent attitude of Shopify advisors, who appear to ignore the genuine concerns of merchants. This behavior is unacceptable and undermines the trust merchants place in your platform.
