Out store was initally setup by someone, who is no longer with the company.
eg : original.user@mail.com as the administrator , with a 5 user plan
i had a login that had admin access : new.user@mail.com , but ownership was never transferred to me.
i downgraded to basic plan, as only i needed to login.
but it looks as if my login has now been deleted, and i dont know the original users password, and the recovery code with go to his email… which he will nolonger respond to
I try and get support via the chat, but it doesnt recognise my login details… so it keeps asking me to specify a store, which it dosnt recognise with my login details.
How can i resolve this ? thanks
