Unauthorized and fraudulent debit transaction

Hello!

I’m request assistance in resolving my issue,
On Apr 23,2021,
My Debit Card has been a victim of unauthorized transaction

The details were that it was POS W/D SV SHOPIFY MC SGP,

I had lost a money due to this transaction and had no direction as to solve this problem,

Can Shopify help me track this?

Based on the statement description, this purchase would have likely happened in person through a business using Shopify’s Point of Sale (POS) system. If you do not recall making a purchase from this business then you will want to dial the number found on the back of your credit card. They can help secure your card from any other unauthorized use and provide the next steps on what can be done to reclaim the funds you’ve lost.
