I’m not using this services. However someone used my credit card at Shopify and it charged my card twice. I have never shopped at anything as a comsumer either.
First time, it successfully charged 1USD. I stoped my card and the second time happened today was failed.
I can’t contact Shopify support unless I make an account here. And still I don’t know how to connect the support to report this.
I cannot forgive this situation and the user should be penalized.
Should I make my own shop here to just report this? I don’t want to register my credit card here. It is ridiculous.
I would appreciate your advice.

Based on what you’ve described here, it sounds like your credit card that experienced this charge may be compromised. Fraudsters may test cards with small purchases or charges (similar to this $1 charge you mention in your post related to Shopify) for use. I strongly recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card provider to ask them about this charge you incurred, as well as for some assistance with ensuring that your credit card is secure.
