I am new to Shopify and pay for the basic plan, and I am the only person with access to my account. My bill this month included an 89$ per month POS pro purchase and I need a refund. Crazy to me that a company this big can just take my money and there is virtually nothing I can do to get it back even if a mistake was made by the company. I NEVER CONSENTED OR AUTHORIZED TO BE SIGNED UP FOR POS PRO.
