I’m highly frustrated using Shopify. I find the software very un-friendly.
My account is frozened inspite of having paid 2 months subscriptions, yet I have not sold a dime.
Furthermore, I discovered while test running my website, that the price of postage to UK is so high that no one in the UK would shop at my website.
Take for example. Cost of Coffee Mug is $12 +$26(Postage) = $38. Why not just get a UK or EU POD and cut the postage cost and the products be in the hands of customers 3-5 Days. Rather than ship the same product from the US which will take 17 days to get to UK and cost $38.
Someone please help me out. 1, Unfreeze my site, 2, How to link POD UK or EU POD from US POD so goods are shipped directly from local POD without crossing International boarders direct to customers. Let every country customer POD be responsible for their local customers.

I’d recommend you check for any contact from our team about your store if you’re unable to access it; try checking in your account owner email address, including in your ‘spam’ or other folders.
I can see a few of the options listed there have fulfilment based in the UK too, so they might be a good fit for your needs.
Ultimately, it is the responsibility of every merchant to decide what they want to sell and who they want to work with, so take some time considering your options and maybe contact some of the services you’re interested in with any queries you have.
