Unified customer interactions in Whatsapp/Messanger/Discord/etc

I created an app for my business that puts all my customer interactions into one place: WhatsApp. Would you pay to be able to do your customer services in WhatsApp?

Customer interactions get shown in WhatsApp:

  • emails
  • social media comments
  • facebook messenger messages
  • whatsapp messages
  • ebay messages

Then from within WhatsApp I can reply to the WA messages and the upstream email/comment/etc is replied to seamlessly.

I can also reacted to the WA messages with emoji to trigger some action:

  • :clipboard: = create todo ticket based on the message (including customer details, order details, complete thread of messages sent/received with them).
  • :see_no_evil_monkey: = hide the comment on social media
  • :cross_mark: = delete the comment/message/etc
  • :red_question_mark: = view info on the customer’s order history (whether the order is from Shopify/Amazon/eBay/etsy etc)
  • :robot: = Suggest reply (context rich reply based on whole thread with them, which you can approve, via :+1:)

Also text commands like

  • /health = check integrations are healthy
  • /count today = get revenue report for today (also supports month, last month)

And there is auto moderation features such as auto-hide spam/negativity on your social media.

Would you pay or this if it was a publicly available service?

Hey @PetsCalmDown,

Congratulation on creating a app. Before moving further would you like to share your app url.

Thanks

There is no public facing app. Its a tool I made to manage my business over the last 4 years.

Seeking feedback if other merchants would find it useful enough for them to pay for.

The UI is literally WhatsApp.
