Unique Voucher Box for client

Hello everyone, I would like to inquire whether it is possible to issue vouchers for discounts or promotions in a Shopify store, allowing consumers to receive vouchers and have them stored in their voucher box?

An alternative would be to use a third-party app to create a voucher, if you’re looking for more advanced features than the built-in gift card option offers. Can you tell me what the voucher box is? Would this be a space within the customer’s account on your online store?

We want members to have a place to find their vouchers after logging in. Besides making it convenient for members to archive, we also want to create a member card page that can sync data across other channels (such as LINE, WhatsApp). This way, members can see their information, orders, and vouchers (the vouchers belongs to unique member only) whenever they open their member card on any channel.

Moshi shops uses shopify, too. In the moshi shop website, when a member log-in, there’s a coupon inbox for that unique member. I think that’s not a gift card feature. And the coupon inbox like Moshi is what we want; therefore, we wonder the availability and how to set up the coupon inbox feature in our shop through shopify.

I can definitely see the value in that feature @Wei_10 . This is not something that is offered by Shopify in our free themes though.
