Please add ability for displaying unit pricing in the Shop app.
Shopify already supports unit pricing on online store product pages, collection pages, cart, checkout, and order confirmation notifications, but this does not appear to extend to Shop.
For merchants selling products by measurement, such as fabric by the yard, this is important for customer clarity.

There’s no native setting or workaround to force it to display in Shop currently, the app pulls its own product data layer and doesn’t render the unit price string from your storefront.
Best move is posting this on community.shopify.dev under the Shop / mobile app section. Shopify staff and product team actually engage there and feature requests get tracked properly, unlike this forum which is mostly merchants. Reference your use case clearly in the post, real merchant examples are what moves these requests up the roadmap.
