Can some one please explain how to setup Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey to the United Kingdom shipping.

I have a zone set up for the UK and i have added Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey to this zone

But when i try to check out as a customer shopify says “No shipping could be found for your address.”

Did you add product weight to each product description?

Hi

Yes all my products have weight. Customer in the UK can check out normally Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey can not check out even though i have added them to the uk zone

What about markets? Did you add these regions to your Market settings?

If they are also added, then I don’t know why.

I mean there is a new section in Shopify settings: Markets. You can find it in Settings > Markets (below Gift Cards)

Customers cannot check out if they are not in your markets.
