Unjustified Monthly PayPal Charges Despite Closed Shops

Dear Shopify Team,

I have closed all my shops with you, and none of them are active anymore. Nevertheless, I am still being charged about 50€-57€ every month via PayPal. How can this be?

Have I overlooked something?

Ugh, it shouldn’t be like this, it has happened before.

Can you access it from here: https://admin.shopify.com/store/YOUR-STORE-NAME/settings/plan and cancel the plan (again) if there is one? Otherwise, you need to stop the payment from PayPal or your bank account :confused:
