There are deposits that are transferring over to QuickBooks that we can’t match to anything on Shopify’s side. Our transactions are showing up correctly and the payment method is categorized as “shopify_payments” with the name as “shopify default customer”. But there are other random payments to deposit that don’t show any payment method but are still the “shopify default customer” that we can’t match to anything, and none of them are the same amount. They range from $.17 to almost $30…just seems to be no rhyme or reason to the amounts. What are these and how do we match them to anything or clear them out of quickbooks?
