Unleashed Shopify Integration Issues

We’ve had our integration between Shopify and Unleashed set up for a couple of weeks now and everything has gone fairly smoothly. However, we’ve had two orders that didn’t import.

The error log says duplicate SKU and that the product is missing from Unleashed. The weird thing is the product does exist in Unleashed and there are definitely no duplicates in Shopify.

We are using the Custom Product Builder App that builds a SKU for our products based on the customer’s selections. This is to get around Shopify’s product variant limit that our products far exceed. So the SKU only exists on Shopify once the customer has ordered it.

The two orders that have not been imported to Unleashed have been for a custom generated SKU that had previously already been ordered. Any custom generated SKU’s that have never been ordered before come across fine.
