Cant unlock even with training.

We need to allow B2B customers to print and email quotes as well request for quotes. For any business or government entity its almost mandatory to get x number of quotes before making purchase decision so why not to give them tools for self service. It saves allot of time if we can avoid doing this manually.

Another thing - how come Shopify cant validate VAT numbers - its slam dunk function what should be there.
