So I’ve been cordial and reached out through the chat and no response to my concerns so I’ll do it to bring awareness to other users!
I am reaching out yet again regarding my account hold and withheld funds. I completed the required verification weeks ago, yet my funds have still not been released. This delay is severely impacting my ability to run my business and serve my customers.
To make matters worse, no one has responded to my escalated ticket in over a week. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I demand an immediate resolution. If my funds are not released immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including involving law enforcement.
I expect a prompt response today with a clear update on my account status.
