I’ve been struggling with an unresolved issue regarding my Shopify payments account for almost two weeks now, and the lack of effective support from Shopify has been incredibly frustrating.
Despite multiple attempts to fix the problem of adding a new payout account, I’m still getting errors, and my payouts remain on hold. This delay is pushing my business to the brink—if I can’t pay my suppliers and cover essential expenses soon, my entire business could fail.

Based on experience, this kind of issue will take some time to be resolved. Though not ideal, you will need to keep an open communication with Shopify support team as they are the only one who knows your account’s status. Follow up your case with them via live chat instead of email or ticket to avoid moving it further on the queue.
