I am seeing an alert notification or banner for “Unsupported features banner to be shown during the install of your app(s)”. I’ve removed the ScriptTag and implemented the UI extensions for Thank you and Order status pages. However, the unsupported features banner is still appearing in the dashboard. Can you please let me know how to remove this notification or banner from dashboard?

To remove the “Unsupported features” banner from your Shopify Partner Dashboard:

  • Ensure you’ve fully removed ScriptTags with display_scope: order_status or all from your app.
  • Confirm you’re now using UI Extensions for the Thank You and Order Status pages.
  • Click the “Fill out form” button in the banner and submit the form to Shopify, confirming ScriptTags are no longer used on those pages.

Shopify will review your submission and remove the banner once verified.
