Unsupported features warning — App not compatible with Markets during install

Hi everyone,

We’re seeing the following warning on the Shopify app install screen (above the Install button):

Unsupported features
This app is not compatible with Markets, which may affect how some features work and lead to incorrect behavior.

I’m trying to understand why this is appearing.

App details

  • Public app (not listed yet)

  • We do not interact with Markets APIs

  • Our app only works with:

    • Companies

    • Company Locations

    • B2B Catalogs / Price Lists

  • No usage of Market, MarketRegion, or related mutations/queries
