Unsupported features warning — App not compatible with Markets during install

Hi everyone,

We’re seeing the following warning on the Shopify app install screen (above the Install button):

Unsupported features
This app is not compatible with Markets, which may affect how some features work and lead to incorrect behavior. Contact [app] for more information.

I’m trying to understand why this is appearing.

App details

  • Public app (not listed yet)

  • We do not interact with Markets APIs

  • Our app only works with:

    • Companies

    • Company Locations

    • B2B Catalogs / Price Lists

  • No usage of Market, MarketRegion, or related mutations/queries
