Under the Finance/Balance, where I need to upload my EIN document, which I tried multiple times, it rejected the document and I can no longer upload the document, the field is no longer available and it tells me to contact support. I’ve tried to get into the queue for support and no one has ever come online to assist me. I try day after day for assistance to no avail. What can I do to resolve this issue so I can open my store front? I can’t save a screenshot of the issue.
