Update from down theme 12.0.0 to 14.0.0 takes too long

im having some issues updating my down theme from 12.0.0 to 14.0.0 takes hours to update and didnt update at all

i restart my pc a lot of time, i check my last version of my browser and is up to date, i delete cache and cookies and it doesnt work. i even try to update via mobile app and its the same, take so much time and nothing happend..

i dont want to download again the theme because i need to do a lot of work making the changes i did in the past, so is not an option for me right now

Have you tried other troubleshooting steps such as, switching to another internet provider for example, use mobile data instead of Wi-fi, use different browser, and use another device? If so, and the problem still persists, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so they can further check your account and see if there are any account or system issue.
