We currently collaborate with three suppliers for dropshipping items.

Is there a method to synchronize stock updates for items in our store using the suppliers’ FTP?

The FTP files contain comprehensive lists of their available items; our requirement is to specifically update the stock for the items we dropship.

You would need to create a private app then use an SSH client to fetch the file via FTP server. Parse out what you need then update Shopify.
