Update to latest theme version?

Hello all,

My site is built on Forge 2.2 with custom code added. Forge is now up to v4.0 but it would have to pay my developer to do the upgrade since there is customizations that have been done. Is this worth it?

Yes, moving the custom changes from old to new updated theme needs a developer.

hahaha sorry for my mistake.

If you are satisfied with the current performance and the features then there is no need to update it.

In simple words if you have less custom code its good to update it otherwise there is no need to update it.
