Hi everyone,
We were previously using the barcode FD_Testing2123_LN, and it was working fine.
Recently we updated the barcode to TEST123N, but now when we scan it, we get this error:
“Barcode not recognized, try scanning item again.”
The barcode scans, but Shopify POS is not recognizing the product.
Has anyone experienced this after updating barcodes?
Is there any syncing, format, or settings step we might be missing?
